Tele Sales Executive

EaseMyTrip is hiring Tele Sales Executives to connect with customers, understand their travel requirements, and convert inquiries into bookings for its travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.

Promote flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and other travel services.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options.

Update customer records and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Achieve sales targets and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply.

12th pass; graduation is preferred according to the job description.

Good verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Strong persuasion, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using CRM software and working rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
