About this role
Tailoredcare is hiring Customer Service Interns for an onsite position in Navalur, Chennai, working 5 days a week. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining services and benefits, following up with interested customers, assisting with the enrollment process, handling basic customer queries, updating customer details, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills, good typing and basic computer skills, confidence in making outbound calls, and good customer-handling skills. A stipend is available, but the amount is not disclosed in the posting.
