Virtual Guest Service Agent

Nola Short Term Rental Solutions LLC (Book NOLA) is hiring Virtual Guest Service Agents for full-time, permanent remote positions. The role involves managing guest communications through calls, messages, and property management platforms, answering questions about rental properties, and providing assistance throughout the guest experience from booking to checkout. Responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, coordinating maintenance requests, working with cleaning and operations teams, monitoring reservations and cancellations, updating booking calendars, and documenting service issues. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or short-term rentals, along with strong English communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Slack, spreadsheets, and property management software is required. Applicants must have reliable internet access and flexibility to work different shifts. The annual salary ranges from ₹3 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA, with seven openings available. Graduation is not mandatory.
