About this role
Role Overview:
Rays and Reach is looking for a motivated fresher/junior developer interested in Zoho Books, accounting applications, and business process automation. You will work closely with our implementation team to understand client requirements, configure Zoho Books, support custom integrations, and build tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho Books according to client requirements.
- Understand core business and accounting workflows (invoicing, payments, expenses, vendor management, and financial reporting).
- Design and build custom automated workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho Books via REST APIs with third-party software and Zoho ecosystem tools (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator).
- Test custom configurations, automations, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client functional or technical issues.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, architecture notes, and user guides.
- Participate in customer requirement gathering and solutioning sessions.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers with strong logic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply; prior Zoho experience is not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and Indian GST rules is an advantage.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, or basic SQL.
