Tally Operator

Pioneer Drip Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Zoho/Tally Operator based in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The role involves managing daily invoicing, e-way bill generation, inventory data maintenance, and assisting with GST filings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Tax Invoices using Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Generate E-Way Bills and oversee shipment/dispatch documentation.
- Prepare and assist in filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer, vendor, sales, and inventory records in Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Reconcile accounts, verify data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies across sales and accounting teams.
- Ensure prompt accounting workflows while adhering strictly to confidentiality and data security.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or any relevant discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience working with Zoho Books, Tally Prime, or general accounting/data entry.
- Working knowledge of GST regulations, tax invoicing, and the E-Way Bill portal.
- Strong typing speed, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Secunderabad / Hyderabad.
