Applications Administrator – Clarity

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Applications Administrator – Clarity for a full-time, permanent remote position. The role involves providing Level 2 operational and administrative support for the Clarity PPM platform, managing incidents and service requests, monitoring application performance, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and batch processes, and performing data-integrity checks. Responsibilities include user access administration, application configuration support, troubleshooting, maintaining operational documentation, supporting testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with application patches, releases, and production deployments. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in enterprise systems administration or infrastructure support. Knowledge of Clarity PPM, SQL, REST APIs, XML, GEL scripting, NSQL, XOG, and application monitoring is required at a foundational level. Applicants must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills and be willing to participate in scheduled weekend maintenance and on-call support. The India work schedule is 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. Salary details have not been disclosed.
