Accor is seeking a People & Culture Manager for ibis Chennai City Centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on managing hotel human resources operations, developing a positive workplace culture, and improving employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations and support department leaders with HR matters.
Implement HR policies, procedures and workplace standards.
Coordinate employee engagement, recognition and welfare initiatives.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
Support HR audits and coordinate payroll-related activities.
Prepare HR reports and monitor recruitment, retention, turnover and training metrics.
Recommend improvements based on employee feedback and business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
A master's degree in HR Management is preferred.
6–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and talent management.
