Graduate Management Trainee - HR

Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt Ltd, part of Ingersoll Rand, is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee - HR to support its Human Resources team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The trainee will assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, employee onboarding, induction, documentation, employee record maintenance, attendance and leave management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves supporting HR compliance, audits, statutory documentation, report preparation, employee communications, and general HR administration. Candidates should have an MSW, MBA in Human Resources, or a related qualification, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AI tools. Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn are essential.
