Employee Relations Lead

Infosys is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment. The role involves resolving employee relations issues, supporting line managers with investigations, implementing engagement programs, promoting company culture and values, handling employee concerns and anti-harassment cases, coordinating employee communications, supporting emergency response activities, managing new-hire induction and background-screening deviations, and partnering with HR, employee support, and vendor teams to ensure effective employee services and compliance with company policies.
