Program Manager PMU - Andhra Pradesh

Rocket Learning is seeking a Program Manager PMU for Andhra Pradesh, based in Guntur, to support the implementation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programmes in collaboration with government departments. The role involves coordinating with state and district officials, liaising with the Women and Child Development (WCD) department, managing programme activities, supporting training sessions and workshops for Anganwadi workers and other officials, preparing dashboards, reports and presentations, drafting official communications, tracking programme progress and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in the development sector, strong communication and coordination skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Canva, and the ability to work independently with government stakeholders. Expertise in NEP 2020, Aadharshila, Navchetana and ECCE curricula is essential. This is a full-time, on-site position in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
