Vedron.ai is hiring Customer Feedback & Insights Interns for a three-month, part-time, work-from-home internship. The role involves acquiring users through online communities and social media, managing user onboarding and KYC verification, developing educational materials and FAQs, tracking user engagement and retention, moderating online communities, providing customer support, analyzing user feedback and behavior, preparing performance reports, and conducting growth experiments. Interns will collaborate with Product, Growth, and Support teams to improve the user experience and support the growth of the Panda platform. Candidates should have good written English, communication and interpersonal skills, an interest in community building and digital engagement, and a proactive attitude. The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹50,000, including fixed and incentive components, along with flexible working hours, a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and potential future career opportunities.
