Payroll Analyst

LMDmax is hiring for a Payroll Analyst position in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing and administering client payroll shared services, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and weekly payroll processing, validating payroll data, meeting salary-disbursement timelines and statutory compliance requirements, handling employee benefits and reimbursements, preparing MIS and payroll analytics, standardizing reports, and performing payroll verification and reconciliation. Candidates should have knowledge of HR systems and databases, strong communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. The position is full-time, permanent and open to freshers, with a salary of ₹2–3 LPA.
