Lead Contracts

With the increase in the size of the business following the acquisition of units of Jaypee Cement, Binani and Century, this position will provide legal support to the General Counsel at the Head Office and assigned units. The role involves managing legal and compliance risks, handling litigation and arbitration, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts, supporting legal case management, ensuring compliance, conducting legal and compliance audits, providing legal advice, supporting commercial transactions, participating in negotiations and due diligence, and keeping the business updated on changes in laws and regulations. The role also includes regular visits to units, team coordination, legal training and other responsibilities assigned by the General Counsel.
