Field Deployment Engineer

TeamLease Digital is hiring Field Deployment Engineers for broadband and Wi-Fi installation and maintenance services across Tamil Nadu. The role involves installing, configuring, activating, testing, and maintaining Airtel broadband and Wi-Fi connections at residential and commercial customer locations. Responsibilities include configuring routers and ONT devices, performing fiber-optic cable routing and splicing, troubleshooting connectivity and network issues, conducting service-quality checks, handling new installations and maintenance requests, updating installation records, and coordinating with technical teams. Candidates should have knowledge of FTTH, fiber-optic broadband, LAN cabling, IP networking, and basic troubleshooting. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply. Qualifications include 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Degree, depending on the vacancy. Applicants may need a two-wheeler, valid driving licence, and smartphone, and must be willing to travel within assigned service areas. The position offers an advertised salary range of ₹50,000–₹3,00,000 per year, with possible performance incentives, PF, ESI, and insurance benefits depending on the employment arrangement.
