Seller Support Executive

Startek is hiring for a Seller Support Executive in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, for the Flipkart process. The role involves handling seller queries through calls, chats and emails, resolving order-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate call logs and case updates, and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution. Candidates must be graduates with excellent spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills. Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. The position requires employees to work 24/7 rotational shifts, with 6 working days and 1 rotational week off. The salary is ₹18,500–₹21,000 CTC per month, and on-the-job training is provided.
