Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of the branch, manage sales, loan, agent, and operations teams, and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved. Responsibilities include conducting team meetings, monitoring staff performance, providing training and feedback, supervising field activities, supporting customer visits and sales campaigns, and verifying loan customers before loan sanction. The role also involves recruiting and training local agents for deposits, loan sourcing, and collections, monitoring agent performance, tracking branch KPIs, improving sales and loan disbursement results, ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and taking corrective actions to achieve branch goals.
