About this role

Compensation Tiers:
- Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-performance, scalable, zero-defect code across backend, frontend, and data engineering layers.
- Architect and develop microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and cloud platforms.
- Implement big data pipelines and machine learning models using Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, and Python.
- Build modern responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, and Node.js ecosystems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Contribute across all Agile software delivery phases, from requirements and design to automated testing and production deployment.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility:
- Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates (UG/PG: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Proficiency in one or more core languages: Java, Python, Scala, C++, or modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
