HR Recruiter

Huntrole is seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, building talent pipelines, following up with applicants, and managing multiple vacancies within recruitment timelines. Candidates should have 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with candidate sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
